Available delivery methods, charges and estimates are calculated for the delivery address and displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Order preparation time and carrier transit time are separate. Personalized or made-to-order products may need additional preparation before shipment. Product-specific information, when applicable, appears on the product page or order confirmation.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent with the shipping confirmation. Carrier scans can take additional time to appear after the label is created.

Address accuracy

Please review the recipient name and complete delivery address before placing the order. If an address needs correction, contact us as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

Delays, loss or damage

Carrier delays can occur during peak periods or severe weather. If tracking stops updating or the package arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and relevant photos so we can review the next step.

International delivery

Availability, duties, taxes and final charges depend on the destination and will be shown during checkout when international delivery is offered.
